Applicants are encouraged to attend a webinar to learn about the program <br />requirements and technical assistance resources. <br />Applicatfons will be available through the Zoom Grants platiorm beginning September 6, 2023. A link to <br />Zoom Grants will be available on the main program website, www.waevcharging.org (Click Apply <br />buttons) and below for reference: <br /> Applicatfon document link: <br />https://www.zoomgrants.com/zgf/Washington_State_Dept._of_Commerce/EV_Charging_Infrast <br />ructure_Grants. <br />To complete the applicatfon document, applicants must utflize the Mapping Tools for the appropriate site <br />type. The Mapping Tool helps automate several key site scores and has a printable Site Report to assist <br />applicants with data entry. The Mapping Tools are available at the links below and via links within the <br />Applicatfon Document. <br /> Residential Tool for Multifamily Housing Sites: https://bit.ly/EV-Residential-Grant-App <br /> Public Tool for All Other Sites: https://bit.ly/EV-Public-Grant-App <br />Partner organizatfons that are supportfng the installatfon should be included in the applicatfon <br />document. The local retail electric utflity must be added as a partner on each site in an applicatfon. <br />Applicants must upload their applicatfon document back to Zoom Grants. Applicants are responsible for <br />ensuring that their applicatfon informatfon is correct and responding to any requests for additfonal <br />informatfon from the Department of Commerce. <br />The Department of Commerce will contact applicants with any clarificatfons needed on their applicatfon. <br />Selected applicants will need to complete a contract with the Department of Commerce to finalize their <br />award. As part of the contract process, applicants will be required to submit additfonal documents and <br />informatfon to the Department of Commerce to verify their organizatfon type, project details, and other <br />applicatfon content. A list of required informatfon will be available at the tfme of the awards <br />Technical assistance will be available between September 6 and December 1, 2023, for any applicant, <br />and between the date of awards and June 30, 2024 for applicants who were awarded funding. <br /> <br />Eligible Applicants <br />Lead Applicants <br />Lead Applicants should provide details on their proposed installatfon in the Applicatfon Document <br />available on Zoom Grants here: <br />https://www.zoomgrants.com/zgf/Washington_State_Dept._of_Commerce/EV_Charging_Infrastructure <br />_Grants. <br />Lead applicants can only submit one (1) applicatfon per county, and must be one of the following: <br /> Public Agencies: Citfes, towns, countfes, public school districts or special schools, transportatfon <br />planning organizatfons, transportatfon authoritfes or agencies, municipal corporatfons, port <br />districts or authoritfes, politfcal subdivision of any type, or any other entftfes or authoritfes of <br />local government in corporate form or otherwise. <br /> <br /> Tribal Entities: <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9CA32415-9130-4D24-B542-1ED1AA5501F1
