Hotels and motels do <br />not qualify as multffamily housing. <br /> <br />Public Charging To be considered publicly available, an EV charging statfon must not be <br />located behind a fence or in a gated parking lot, such that the general <br />public is unable to access or is deterred from accessing during normal <br />operatfonal hours for the site (generally excluding 10pm-5am). Businesses <br />may clarify their operatfonal hours and will be held responsible should <br />actual access does not align with this provision and may be asked to <br />provide documentatfon supportfng their operatfonal hours. Operatfonal <br />hours to be identffied in applicatfon. <br />Fleet Depot A parking facility intended primarily for a collectfon of motor vehicles <br />owned or leased by an organizatfon in pursuit of its business actfvitfes or <br />services provided. Both public and private fleet depots are eligible.
