9 sites, the program award can only cover up to seventy-five percent (75%) of project costs. This means that the applicant, if a grantee, would need to find a way to cover the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) of costs, which could be in the form of other grants or incentfves. Scoring Scoring is done on a per-site basis. An applicatfon can contain multfple sites of any eligible site type. There is no minimum score. Scoring includes data from the Mapping Tool and other key informatfon about the proposed installatfon. Applicants must use the relevant Mapping Tool while completfng their applicatfon and have the details ready if requested. The applicatfon document contains drop-down menus and other automatfon to reduce data entry by applicants. Technical assistance is available to any applicant between September 6 and December 1, 2023. All scoring will be verified by the Department of Commerce during applicatfon review.
