Master Services Agreement <br />with the City of Everett dated April 11th, 2015. <br />If you need the team at Konexus to develop any custom integrations, such work will be subject to a <br />mutually agreeable Statement of Work which outlines the scope and pricing of such development. <br />By signing this Quote you represent that you read, understand and agree to the terms of the Master <br />Service Agreement, and are authorized on behalf of the Client to execute the Quote and bind Client to <br />the agreement(s). <br />This agreement shall be for a one (1) year service period from April 11th, 2025 to April 10th, 2026. <br />Zero (0) SMS messages and voice minutes are included and will be billed as pay-per-use at the end of <br />this one year service period in the amount of $0.10 per SMS message or voice minute. <br />Usage is measured per SMS message. One SMS message consists of 160 characters (or 70 characters if <br />using Non-GSM characters). <br />SMS/text and voice minutes overage fee is based on U.S. domestic rates. International messaging rates <br />vary by the recipient's country and will be priced accordingly. <br />Client Ongoing Support: <br />Our support services include ongoing assistance provided as needed by our team via the Konexus <br />Service Hub (a support ticket submission system), an online Knowledge Base full of support articles <br />with step by step instructions and screenshots, monthly live, interactive support webinars, and also <br />includes 24 hour emergency support by phone (1-888-307-2013). <br />Internal + Public + IPAWS for 1 year
