<br />7 <br /> <br />Section 6. The Union shall indemnify the City and hold it harmless against any and all claims, demands, <br />suits or other forms of liability that may arise out of, or by reason of, any action taken by the City for the <br />purpose of complying with provisions of this Article. <br />The City and the Union agree that this Article will be interpreted consistent with State and federal law. <br /> <br />Section 7. The Union agrees to provide a list of Union Officials and shop stewards to the City in January <br />of each year and keep the City apprised of any changes to the list. <br />
