This study was performed in accordance with
KPFF Agreement No. 2000026 dated April 10, 2020. This report presents the findings of the
subsurface exploration and provides geotechnical recommendations concerning earthwork, the
' design and construction of building foundations, floor slabs, excavation design, and pavements
for the proposed project. We considered and incorporated mostly minor edits and revisions to the
"draft" version of this report (dated July 31, 2020); this report supercedes the draft report.
' The site subsurface includes a thick layer of relatively dense granular fill atop a sequence of loose
to dense layers of granular soil. Based upon the thick and relatively dense, granular upper soils
' and relatively low expected foundation and floor slab loads, we recommend support of the building
on shallow spread footings.
' We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions
concerning this report or if we may be of further service, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Terracon Consultants, Inc.
.00MAs
Hof WA$,,,4 ,
A,,Y16&
43 •
688
qlv,f
'
Chad T.
