T l <br /> SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project Holbrook SFR is located at 18 Holbrook Ave, Everett, WA <br /> 98203. More generally,the site is located in Section 35, Township 29 North, and Range 4 <br /> East of the Willamette Meridian in the City of Everett, Washington. Please refer to the <br /> Vicinity Map attached later in the section. <br /> The site is currently vacant and exists as residential landscaping. The site contains <br /> one drainage basin that flows to the east. Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the <br /> project site contains Alderwood-Everett soils that have a hydrologic classification of Type <br /> "C" and Indianola type soils that have a classification of Type"A". Please refer to the soils <br /> map and descriptions attached later in this report for more details. <br /> The site area is 0.27 Acres. The proposal is to construct a single-family residence <br /> with a driveway and associated utilities. Access to the site will be from Darlington Ln. <br /> Minimum requirements 1-5 apply to the project because the project Lot's effective <br /> impervious area is 4,937 SF which is less than 5,000 SF. Onsite stormwater management <br /> (MR#5) for the proposed building will be provided by a 6' deep, 12' 0 infiltration drywell <br /> located in the northwestern portion of the site. A 6' deep, 3' 0 infiltration drywell will be <br /> provided in the northeastern corner of the site to provide infiltration for the building <br /> foundation drain per the Geotech recommendation. <br /> Insight Engineering Co. -Stormwater Site Plan 6/22/2022 <br /> -3 - <br />
