� Y <br /> SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> • Topography: The site is generally very steep and slopes to the east. Slopes present <br /> range from 5 to 150 percent. The steeper slopes are present near the eastern property <br /> line. <br /> • Drainage: The site runoff drains to the east, into neighboring residential properties. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County,the project site contains Alderwood- <br /> Everett gravelly sandy loans, 25 to 70 percent slopes and Indianola loamy sand, 15 to <br /> 30 percent slopes.
