C. DEVELOPED HYDROLOGY <br /> The site area is 0.27 Acres. The proposal is to construct a single-family residence <br /> with a driveway and associated utilities. Access to the site will be from Darlington Ln. <br /> Minimum requirements 1-5 apply to the project because the project Lot's effective <br /> impervious area is 4,937 SF which is less than 5,000 SF. Onsite stormwater management <br /> (MR#5) for the proposed building will be provided by a 6' deep, 12' 0 infiltration drywell <br /> located in the northwestern portion of the site.
