Show the location on the plans; the fan should not be located inside a closed room. Specify the performance requirements per Section M 1505.4. In addition, I have routed the drawings to a City structural engineer for the Structural Review. I will advise if additional comments are made. If so, an official letter will be issued. If not,feel free to provide the location of the whole house ventilation system and specs as a response to this email and I can add to the plans.
