Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if applicable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> Architectural (Reviewer: Yin Lu) <br /> 1 NOT REVIEW FOR "MIRROR" PART. APPLICANT CONFIRMED THAT SHEETS WITH <br /> "MIRROR" IN THE NAME SHALL BE DISREGARDED. <br /> 2., Please confirm what is the R value of floor assembly, it shows R-30 in table 402.1.1 on <br /> sheet Al, but R-38 in the energy credit options. Please update table floor R value like what <br /> you did for fenestration U factor. <br /> 3. On Sheet A3, there shall be 12 vents required, but I only found 11 on the drawing. Just in <br /> case I missed anything, could you please number all the vents for review? <br /> 4. In Typical Pony Wall Detail on sheet A3, footing shall be under the frost line (18" per EMC <br /> 16.01.010.J) or provide frost protection. Please update accordingly. Please also update G1 <br /> frost line information as well as detail section footing depth. <br /> .5. Hot water tank needs Seismic restraint per IRC 1307.2, please add note. <br /> e6! Please designate a whole house ventilation per M1505.4.3 <br /> I7. Please show fireplaces' direct vent on the drawing as well as the required clearance of <br /> venting system termination location per Washington Fuel Gas Code (2018) chapter 503.8. <br /> ^8 On sheet A7, roof ventilation is 1 per 150, exceptions listed in IRC (WAC) 806.2 is not <br /> applicable in City of Everett since CoE is Climate zone 4C. Please update accordingly. <br /> z/Please note floor R value like you did for roof and wall in the section drawing on sheet A8. <br /> 10. Per WSEC R406.2, to claim heating option 2, please include specification of the heat pump <br /> in the set. <br /> I:.
