After talking things through with Kevin, here is what is linked as 10113 Evergreen ADVANCED AUTO
PARTS:
PARENT PERMIT: B2112-041 (MAIN T/I PERMIT)
SUB PERMITS-
BLDG PERMIT: B2212-006 (SHELVING & RACKING)
ELECTRICAL: E2211-053 (T/1), E2301-152 (CAT6)
MECHANICAL: M2212-096 (AIR CURTAIN & NEW DUCT RUN)
SIGN: 52203-005 & E2203-101 (ILLUMINCATED CHANNEL LETTER SIGN)
I am having some confusion on who the Fire Alarm & corresponding electrical permits should be
assigned to. They are currently linked under your parent permit, but should they be under the Pep Boys
parent permit? This is for FA2205-014 & E2206-049. Looks like someone listed the tenant on the FA
portion as Advanced Auto but the E portion as Pep boys. I just went back and looked at the plans to try
to clarify who it belongs to and they are also a little confusing. The project is listed as "Pep Boys 528
Advanced Auto Parts." Let me know if you have any info on this part.
As I told Kevin, I can put the request for a TCO on the permit, but we are currently waiting for
information about revisions turned in on the parent building permit and I don't think the reviewer has
gotten any information back yet. In addition to the hold up on revisions, I do know they won't issue a
TCO until all "life safety" things are signed off on. Kevin told me you guys have electrical inspections
coming up, so once those pass you would be one step closer to that TCO.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!
— Sheyenne Morton
Permit Technician I Permit Services
425.257.8810 1 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT Phone Hours: M-F: 8 a.m. —12 p.m & 1 p.m. — 3 p.m.
eve rettwa.Bov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant
to the Public Records Act.
From: Lisa Roma
Sent: Monday, January 23, 2023 1:49 PM
To: Ashley Henny <ashleyhenny@diamondcontractors.com>
Subject: RE: [EXTERNAL] Permit #132112-041 ADVANCED AUTO, SUITE B
Hi Ashley,
Apologies for the delay, started working on this now and Sheyenne, my co-worker is with someone now
from Diamond Contractors to discuss what is linked to each project.
