The Contractor <br />shall cooperate with such effort and shall avoid creating delays or hindrances to <br />those doing the Work. The Contractor shall arrange to coordinate work schedules as <br />needed. <br />Potholing <br />Potholing is included as a bid item for use in determining the location of existing utilities <br />and other below grade features in advance of the Contractor’s operations. The <br />Contractor shall submit all potholing requests to the Engineer for approval, at least 2 <br />working days before potholing is scheduled. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide <br />potholing at Engineer’s request. <br />The Contractor shall pothole ahead of excavation operations noting the depth, location, <br />size and material of the underground utilities and other below grade features exposed.
