GENERAL LICENSE CONDITIONS <br />Unless specifically provided otherwise in the Specific License Provisions, the following <br />provisions apply: <br />1. LICENSED PROPERTY. The City licenses to Licensee the Licensed Property. <br />Licensee has examined the Licensed Property and is in all respects familiar with the Licensed <br />Property and the improvements in the Licensed Property. Licensee accepts the Licensed Property <br />and its improvements in their “as is” condition. <br />2. PERMITTEES. Licensee may allow its employees, agents, contractors, licensees, <br />purchasers of timber or other profits, and their agents to use this Licensee. All such persons are <br />referred to in this Licensee as “Permittees.” <br />3. TERM. The Term of this License is as set forth in Part A, unless terminated earlier <br />as set forth in this License. <br />4. PAYMENT. Prior to moving any equipment onto City property, Licensee shall pay <br />the full payment amount of $45,000.00 to: <br /> Treasurer <br /> City of Everett <br /> 2930 Wetmore Avenue <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> <br />5. USE. Licensee (and its Permittees) shall use the Licensed Property only for the <br />Approved Use stated in Part A and in accordance with this License. Licensee (and its Permittees) <br />shall not use or permit the use of the Licensed Property for any other use without the prior <br />written consent of the City, which may be withheld at the City’s sole discretion. The Approved <br />Use shall not interfere in any way with any of the City use of the Licensed Property. <br />6. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Licensee (and its Permittees) shall not do anything or <br />permit anything to be done in or about the Licensed Property which will in any way violate or <br />conflict with any applicable federal, state or local law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the <br />City, Licensee at no cost to the City must acquire all permits required by law or regulation <br />necessary for the Approved Use. <br />7. INSPECTION AND RIGHT-OF-ENTRY. The City and its agents shall have the right, <br />but not the duty, to inspect the Licensed Property at any time to determine whether Licensee <br />(and its Permittees) is/are complying with the terms of this License.
