The original total compensation was <br />$102,201.00, the budget will be increased by $75,000, for a total revised compensation <br />of $177,201.00. <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />The City requires specialized technical services to evaluate cathodic protection and <br />coating systems. It is essential for Everett to monitor, prevent and inhibit corrosion on <br />critical infrastructure. Northwest Corrosion Engineering currently provides on-call <br />corrosion and coating evaluation services for the City. Northwest Corrosion <br />Engineering’s on-call services are being utilized for cathodic protection throughout the <br />Utilities division. <br />Amendment No. 3 will increase the total compensation amount of the existing contract, <br />set to expire December 31, 2025, for continued on-call cathodic protection and coating <br />evaluation services. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement <br />with Northwest Corrosion Engineering to increase compensation in the amount of <br />$75,000 for a total contract amount of $177,201.00. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
