Crew will drive piles to a maximum 25'after <br /> there will be a $20 a foot charge per pile. Sales tax is subject to change at end of project. Crew will be installing helical piles#1-2 <br /> along the Southeast foundation wall of garage, crew will be excavating a 2x2 area where helical piles will be installed. <br /> Homeowner will need to remove landscaping in area's where piles will be installed to preserve landscaping. Crew will be placing <br /> 3 CFCR patches along the southeast foundation wall of garage. Crew will be installing helical piles#3-7 along the Southwest <br /> foundation of garage. Crew will be placing 1 CFCR patches along the southwest foundation of garage. Crew will install helical <br /> piles#8-9 along the Northwest foundation of garage. Crew will be placing 1 CFCR patches along the west side of <br /> home'sfoundation. Crew will be placing helical piles#10-12 along the Northwest side of home's foundation. Crew will be placing 2 <br /> CFCR patches in indicated area's where cracks are on northwest foundation wall of home. Crew will wrap column with 1 CFCR <br /> to reinforce corner column. Dingo/handheld accessible <br /> L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and piles are installed <br /> with a maximum pile spacing of 6'-0"o.c.per the attached SSK-01. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. It is acceptable to install piles at the spacing shown with±0'-6"tolerance to allow for unexpected obstructions encountered during pile • <br /> installation provided that no two adjacent spans exceed the spacing limitation of 6'-0"o.c.
