Please submit a detailed site plan meeting the minimum requirements in the attached Residential Construction <br /> Checklist. See pages 8 and 9 in the attached handout for an example site plan and checklist. The site plan <br /> provided does not show the property lines or clearly show where on the property the deck is proposed. Please <br /> be sure to show all property lines, location of proposed deck, dimension of deck, height of deck, and the <br /> setbacks of the deck to the nearest property lines. <br /> The permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page.
