The required number of credits should be <br /> normalized per Table R406.2. A schedule of the selected credits should be included in the <br /> drawings. The performance requirements for the selected credits should be specified. <br /> 2. It appears the Section R325 Adult Family Homes notes on Sheet A2 are from the 2015 IRC. <br /> Drawings should be updated to include the reflect the current code. <br /> 3. The kitchen exhaust rate should be 100 cfm per IRC Table M1507.4. <br /> 4. A note should be added to the plans specifying the grab bars to withstand 250 pounds per <br /> Section R325.8.2. <br /> 5. The proposed project includes the demolition of non-bearing walls. Framing plans for the floor <br /> should be provided to substantiate that the lower walls are not load-bearing. See IRC Section <br /> R301.1. <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
