Parking for an adult family home is <br /> required in accordance with EMC 19.34.020 and requires a minimum of 2 parking stalls plus 1 for each staff <br /> member on shift that is not living on the premises. Driveways are subject to the requirements of EMC 19.34.110, <br /> including a maximum driveway width of 30'within the required front setback(20').The new concrete driveway <br /> as shown does not meet code requirements and must be revised. Please refer to EMC 19.34 for complete details <br /> and revise the site plan accordingly with clear dimensions to demonstrate compliance. Please also clarify upon <br /> resubmittal the number of staff anticipated at this time to verify minimum parking counts. <br /> For reference,the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan <br /> checklist. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here: please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans.The Unified Development Code is available online, here: https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
