I have entered <br />all the applications and established permit numbers however the status of each permit is <br />marked as APP NOT COMPLETE. The applications need to be signed and dated at the <br />bottom left. I've attached all permits as a single scanned package that you can print, sign each <br />one, and rescan/email as a full set back to me. <br />In addition, plans as described in the Commercial Roofing Checklist are required to be <br />submitted for review. Please have a site plan for each application clearly noting the <br />Building/Structure being re -roofed. In addition, plans/cut sheets for the work to be <br />completed. If you email to me, I can print these off and put in line for review.
