In order for the Planning <br /> Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br /> 1. Please complete the attached Base Elevation Survey form on page 6 of the attached handout. This is required <br /> prior to permit issuance when a structure is proposed within 1-foot of the height limit. The height survey(page <br /> 7) is due at the time of framing. <br /> 2. Please submit a Geological Assessment Letter. This is required when work is proposed within 200' of a <br /> geologically hazardous area per Table 37.1. <br /> 3. Please note that a survey will be required (of the west property line only) because the garage is proposed within <br /> 1' of the 5'setback. This will be a condition of approval when the permit is issued. <br /> The permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any <br /> revised documents/plans. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
