Please see new note on plan view. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Please see attached beam calculation for small window. <br /> 2. Using best judgement means a quick calculation of loading was looked at. The <br /> foundation would carry 10ft of roof equaling 400#/lf plus 100#/lf for wall load. <br /> The foundation is known to be at a minimum 6" concrete stem wall with a <br /> minimum capacity of 750#/lf on 1500#/sf assumed soil capacity. Based on the <br /> condition of the foundation visible and the assumed age, we are looking at a 6" <br /> stem wall with a 12" wide, spread footing, which exceeds the calculations shown <br /> above of a 6" stem wall foundation. <br /> 3. Please see attached calculations for ridge beam. <br /> 4.
