4 of 7 <br />Thursday, September 1, 2022 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Crew will install 3" Helical Piles, as well as 6x6 Adjustable Post Bases with Pads, and lift home to maximum practical recovery. <br />Crew will drive piles to a maximum 25' after there will be a $20 a foot charge per pile. Whomever represents home will need be <br />onsite for crew arrival and or job completion. Homeowner to pay 25% deposit, then 25% 1 month before project starts, & 50% <br />due upon job completion. <br />L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and that a maximum pile <br />spacing of 6'-0"o.c. is achieved. Reference SSK-01 for typical pile installation. <br />NOTES: <br />1. It is acceptable to install piles at the spacing shown with ± 0'-6" tolerance to allow for unexpected obstructions encountered during pile installation <br />provided that no two adjacent spans exceed the spacing limitation of 6-0"o.c. <br />2.
