Correction#4: <br /> Carports 1,2,and 4 are located within 5 feet of the property line and require minimum one-hour <br /> fire-rated exterior walls per IBC Section 705. Alternatively,an analysis per Section 17.2.3.5.3 <br /> should be performed to substantiate that splitting of the foundation does not occur from flexural <br /> restraint of the embedded posts.
