Crew will span carbon fiber where indicated on repair plan. 25% deposit, <br /> 25%due upon permit issue&50%due upon job completion. Depth Clause: Piles bid to 25ft depth, $20 per foot beyond that. <br /> Crawlspace height is 2 feet. Dingo accessible. Elavation taken from floor at(00) mark. Whomever represents home will need be <br /> onsite for crew arrival and or job completion. Customer understands the permit process may incur the direct hiring of a geo- <br /> technical engineer at additional fees and or a WABO Certified special inspection billed at$95 per pile plus additional admin fees <br /> though these items are not commonly requested in Everett. Permit/Scheduling times may very beyond R&R Foundation <br /> Specialist control per issuing municipalty. <br /> L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and that a <br /> maximum pile spacing of 6'-0"o.c. is achieved. Refer to attached SSK-01. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. It is acceptable to install piles at the spacing shown with±0'-6"tolerance to allow for unexpected obstructions encountered <br /> during pile installation provided that no two adjacent spans exceed the spacing limitation of 6'-0"o.c. <br /> 2.
