As noted, please provide the sleeping room classification per R330.3—see comment 2. General Comments: 1) The proposed project involves converting a single-family residence into an adult family home (AFH). The submittal documents are required to include the AFH checklist. The checklist should include a floor plan on 8.5x11 paper per Section 3. Complete Sections 1, 2,and 4; do not complete Section 5. Submit the entire checklist with the floor plan. Type NS1-Where one means of egress is at grade level or a ramp constructed in accordance with Section R330.9 is provided. Type NS2-Where two means of egress are at grade level or ramps constructed in accordance with Section R330.9 are provided. Once completed,feel free to simply email it back to me and I will redline the room classification on the floor plan and complete the permit approval.
