ACI 318-19: Building Code Requirements for Structural Concert <br /> STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING REPORT ADDENDUM FINDINGS: <br /> • The residential remodel project at 1330 Hoyt Ave, Everett, WA does not require <br /> structural engineering permitting based on visual inspection of the engineering drawings <br /> and a detailed on-site investigation. <br /> • No load-bearing structure was permanently removed as part of the renovation. <br /> • Recommendations were made to ensure structural integrity during demolition. <br /> • The contractor of record notified CVRSE PLLC of all field discoveries during demolition <br /> that required Structures PE consultation. <br /> • A final structural inspection was performed of the completed framing and finish work. <br /> • No deviations from the original drawings impacted the structural integrity of the <br /> residence. <br /> • My structural PE signature represents final inspection and approval of the structural <br /> integrity of the residence as remodeled. <br /> Feel free to contact the undersigned with any questions or concerns, <br /> Petrick B.
