The comments below must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) and the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. Citations provided in the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise.
