Crew will drive
piles to a maximum 25'after there will be a $20 a foot charge per pile. Crew will remove and replace concrete.
L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and that a maximum pile
spacing of 6'-0"o.c.and 8'-0"o.c.as noted on the level survey,is achieved.
NOTES:
1. It is acceptable to install piles at the spacing shown with±0'-6"tolerance to allow for unexpected obstructions encountered during pile installation
provided that no two adjacent spans exceed the spacing limitation of 6'-0"o.c and 8'-0"o.c..
2. End piles are to be placed as close to corners as possible and shall not exceed a maximum corner distance of 3'-0"as marked.
3. Helical pile caps will be placed on helical piles 3 and 4.
LEVEL SURVEY
3' 12'
3, 0 -1
0
3'
-1/4
13' 1R = Existing Post
= 3" Helical Pile
= 3" Concentric Pier
❑ = Polyurethane Lift
-5/8 -7/8 -7/8
LOCATE PILES -518
UNDER -1 3,8
8
EXISTING
En POST• . 10 \
CO 1 w
-3/4 N
LONE -1 3/4
HEk AL PILE ewer0
PS UNDER L 1 '1/2 ac _; 9
EXISTING t 3 iN
cj POST -1 1/2
1} 4
b • i'-1 4 PILES 6'-0"O.C.MAX
LOCATE PILE WITHIN 2FMAX OF ( ) °
cO CORNER --`8
Cd1 LOCATE PILE
rack WITHIN 4FT MAX Y
wOF CORNER e LOCATE PILE WITHIN
a - 2-1 2 3 1FT MAX OF
ry - U _ -2 1/4 _• U `3 5/8 CORNER
28' 5
(4)PILES @ 6-0"O.C.MAX
NOTE:L120's scope is limited to the perimeter support systems/continuous footings of the primary structure. All stabilization and replacement efforts of
exterior decks and deck supporting elements are outside of L120's contract and scope and are not addressed in this package. -L120
