I've approved, and Public Works has approved. Our building reviewer had a question on one of the structural calcs (James Bronder,who initially approved the plans, no longer works at the City of Everett). I don't have the file anymore, and don't remember the engineering firm for the deck plans, but our reviewer spoke with Chris, and they're going to have a call sometime tomorrow with the engineer who worked on the project to discuss. I think it's just a simple point of clarification that's needed, so I'm optimistic that everything is signed off by tomorrow.
