I am the planner assigned to <br /> the land use review of this application. <br /> Before proceeding with our review, Planning requires the following comments and correction items to be addressed. <br /> • Site Plan. The site plan on file with this permit is dated 20 April 2016 and does not indicate the location of the <br /> proposed deck. Please revise site plan to reflect the location and configuration of the proposed deck, as well as <br /> current ownership. <br /> Please note that the above comments do not constitute a thorough plan check review.These comments are only related <br /> to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from Planning or other departmental reviewers. <br /> Re-submittal instructions can be accessed here.
