We got a new duplex building application with only a floor plan uploaded. I reached to the applicant and then had a phone conversation with her about the request. She also had a virtual or in-person appt she mentioned while we talked on the phone. Essentially,they're not asking for a new CO for a new duplex, but for a completed CO for the existing duplex. I've attached some snippets from the digital records center on this property for reference. I found their original permit application from 1979, their final inspection report from August 1980, and the subsequent CO that was created for the duplex, which is basically blank.
