Correction Response letter: <br /> General: <br /> 1) This project is a free-standing roof structure and as such there will be no ledger detail <br /> provided. <br /> Architectural: <br /> 2) Handrail detail has been added on page 4 detail 3. Height dimensions have also been added. <br /> 3) Detail4/03 has been edited to show called out items <br /> 4) Footings have been changed to square as per chart quoted at R507.3.1 tributary being 40 Sq. Ft. <br /> side of square being allowed is 18" <br /> 5) Deck is free standing and there will be no ledger on either the deck or the roof. <br /> 6) 1 have made the middle footings on the deck full height columns to allow mid-span supports for <br /> the roof beam. Per chart quoted (R602.7(3) a U8 with a snow load of 501bs and a deck depth of 8' <br /> will span 8'-3",with changes it will be spanning 7'-3". <br /> 7) Slope for the roof has been changed to 3/12.
