Please submit summary documentation the abatement is complete. We only need proof of completion meets <br /> requirements. We do not need all of the documentation. <br /> 2. Upon cursory review,the documents submitted do not clearly indicate the scope of work. It appears you <br /> submitted an entire set of previously permitted drawings. We only need the relevant drawings with all of the <br /> previous approvals and irrelevant information stricken from the drawings. We do not take issue with re-using <br /> the original drawings, but please revise and resubmit showing: <br /> a. New titleblock for current project. Do not include any dates or stamps from previously approved <br /> project. <br /> b. Do not include any irrelevant drawings. Only the drawings necessary for the work, including: <br /> i. Site plan and building code data for context <br /> ii. Building floor plans for context identifying the unit being <br /> iii. Unit plan showing scope of work in detail <br /> iv. Description of walltypes showing fire-resistive construction and laboratory tested and approved <br /> wall/ceiling assemblies showing compliance with fastening requirements. <br /> v.
