I'm the General Contractor that will be rebuilding this apartment unit and will be obtaining the COE building permit along with any electrical, plumbing and Mechanical as needed. I've added Ruka Wolf who is the representative for Housing Hope and she should be able to get you the documents you need for the Abatement/Contaminants. That was done through a different contractor. I will be the contractor re building the apartment. This apartment unit is fairly new and we have a copy of the original COE permitted plans. I was hoping to follow the original plans and details for the repair work, being that we aren't modifying any framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical.We would be insulating,then moving into drywall, paint and remaining finishes (flooring/Cabinets/doors trim) Being this is an affordable housing unit and the homelessness crisis Everett has, we are really hoping to streamline this permit the best possible Please let me know if you think this approach would work.
