<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />(TRANSIT ADVERTISING) <br /> <br />This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the last signature <br />below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), and <br />the Supplier identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Supplier”). This Agreement is for the <br />purpose of the Supplier providing transit advertising services to the City as set forth in this <br />Agreement.
