Additional <br /> comments may be provided by the Building Reviewer for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to <br /> check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> Unfortunately, Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit submittal until the following has been <br /> addressed: <br /> • Overall Corrections: <br /> o Please utilize the Residential Construction Submittal Checklist to ensure that all required information is <br /> present on all documents (site plan, elevation, drawings, etc.) <br /> o A site plan is required for all residential building permit subtypes and was not included as part of the <br /> B2406-039 application. Please see the aforementioned submittal checklist for more information on site <br /> plan content. At minimum, property lines and setbacks are required in addition to dimensional <br /> information about the proposed structure. Other pertinent information to include on the site plan <br /> would be lot coverage by building calculations (separate from impervious surface calculations) and <br /> building height calculations in accordance with the Building Height Handout. I've attached a previous <br /> site plan that can be used for reference. <br /> Resubmittal instructions are outlined here. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via <br /> email or the Planner On-Duty at Planning@everettwa.gov.The Unified Development Code is available online, here: <br /> https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
