I am <br /> the planner conducting the review for this application. Please note additional comments may also be provided by other <br /> Departmental reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other <br /> reviewers. <br /> PI nning cannot further review and/or approve your permit until the following has been addressed: <br /> • Parking. Please provide a parking analysis for the proposal and site. It appears there are at least two uses within <br /> the proposed tenant space (Entertainment—enclosed and Food/beverage establishment). Please see EMC <br /> 19.34.020,Table 34-1 and show how the proposal provides the appropriate amount of parking spaces on site for <br /> the proposed uses. Please demonstrate there are enough parking spaces within the shared lot to accommodate <br /> the proposed uses when accounting for existing tenant uses in the other building suites onsite. <br /> For reference,the commercial construction submittal checklist is available online. Re-submittal instructions are outlined <br /> here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments. Additional comments may be provided by other reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online <br /> Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> For general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at PermitServices@everettwa.gov or 425.257.8810.
