The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and <br /> the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by <br /> Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. <br /> Citations provided in the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. The codes, including <br /> WAC amendments where applicable, can be viewed using the following links: <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation, hardcopy <br /> only, shall be submitted to Permit Services for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings, cloud all updated parts. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (only if required by reviewer). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes.
