<br />26 <br /> <br />Employees shall be allowed to wear the Local, State Council or International logo of the American <br />Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees; or County, State or International logo of the AFL- <br />CIO on their lapel or work attire so long as it is consistent with department policies. <br /> <br />Section 18: Clothing, Safety Boots, and Shoes <br /> <br />Clothing shall be provided or reimbursed to employees according to department policy. Policies shall be <br />agreed upon between the parties through the labor/management process. <br /> <br />Safety boots or shoes will be reimbursed for employee positions on the negotiated approved list <br />(Addendum B) up to an annual maximum amount of $225.00. Safety boots and shoes must be worn in <br />accordance with department policy and procedures. Any changes to the approved list shall be addressed <br />through the labor/management process. <br /> <br />Section 19: Mandatory Court Appearances <br /> <br />Mandatory court appearances related to City business, when scheduled outside the employee’s work <br />schedule, will be compensated at an overtime rate. <br />
