<br />9 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 6 - SAFETY COMPLIANCE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement are expected to comply with W.I.S.H.A. <br />(Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act) regulations and City policies and rules related thereto. <br />Employees knowingly violating such policies, rules and regulations shall be subject to disciplinary action <br />which may include suspension and discharge. No supervisor shall require an employee to go or be in any <br />employment or place of employment which is not safe according to W.I.S.H.A. standards. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
