February 10, 2021 <br /> Tucker Short Plat, Everett,WA Project Number: 21-17OG <br /> This fee covers our services, as outlined previously, through submittal of the final report. It does <br /> not cover additional exploration or consultation after submittal of the final report. Additional <br /> services after submittal of the report will be billed at the appropriate rate as indicated on the <br /> attached Fee Schedule, which is made a part of this agreement. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> We are prepared to begin our services once authorization has been granted. Please note that <br /> our subcontractors are typically 7 to 10 business days out. We anticipate that field work can <br /> occur within two weeks of authorization and that the report can be completed within <br /> approximately three weeks after the fieldwork occurs. Preliminary results of our investigation <br /> can usually be provided within two working days from completion of the fieldwork. <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS <br /> Prior to subsurface exploration, GeoTest will file a utility locate request as required by <br /> Washington State Law. We should also be provided with any available information pertaining <br /> to onsite utilities that may be present. Despite our best efforts to avoid utilities, utility damage <br /> is sometimes unavoidable due to mismarked or un-locatable facilities. The cost for utility damage <br /> and/or repairs is not included in this cost estimate and shall be borne by the client. <br /> All soil samples obtained during the subsurface investigation will be saved for a period of 30 days. <br /> They will then be discarded, unless requested otherwise. <br /> This agreement is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of GeoTest which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> 4 <br />
