• • ORDINANCE CE No. 1859 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pine Street from the North line of Thirty-third Street to the South line of Thirty-fourth Street by the removal of olldlumber, grading to the proper grade, for the construction of a UawE-foot concrete walk and all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, . creating an assessment district , creating a local improvement district fund therefor providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners petitioning for said improvement has heretofore been filed with the Commissioner of Public Works and said Commissioner has found the things set forth in said petition to be true, and , Whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed with the City Council all data and information in regard to said improve- ment as required by law, and whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has recommended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made , NOW THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVER= TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Pine street from the North line of Thirty- third Street to the South line of Thirty-fourth street be improved by the removal of old lumber, grading to a proper grade grade, constructing afoot concrete walk and all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, according to the plans and specifications prepared wirier the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
