Fence posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground utility.Water meters shall remain outside of fenced areas to be kept clear and accessible for maintenance and monthly meter reading. Fire Hydrants must have an absolute minimum of 4ft clearance in all directions for fire department access. 8.
