Please note the following <br /> comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the <br /> submittal checklist. <br /> • A detached accessory structure cannot exceed 15' in height within the setback. Please provide an updated site <br /> plan showing the accessory structure outside of the 5' side setback or show how the height complies with the <br /> 15' maximum heigh limit within the setback. The site plan shall include: <br /> o Legal description and tax parcel number <br /> o Percent of lot coverage by buildings <br /> o Proposed distance between buildings <br /> o Proposed setback of DADU from west and north property lines <br /> • An Accessory Dwelling Unit Application along with the Accessory Dwelling Unit Checklist are needed for my <br /> review.
