The discharge structures are identified by name, and the discharge point and sampling points are assigned with unique identifying numbers. 1.5 Fuel Storage The majority of materials stored requiring safety data sheets (SDS) are stored in underground storage tanks. The above ground storage tanks (AGST) in the centrally located warehouse storage building have been drained and are capped and not in use. Drainage information for the facility is included in Figure 2. There is one covered collection vault (a.k.a. discharge point) located on the central western portion of the Nelson facility identified in Figure 2. The canopied fueling stations have catch basins for storm water runoff and are surrounded by 6-inch berms to direct flow to
