Nelson to perform investigation and provide results/documentation to verify the source of the 2-inch pipe discharging to the <br />Pacific Pride catch basin. Nelson shall schedule testing with Permit Services, and the Surface Water Inspector will be present during the investigation to <br />meet this condition. <br />Permit Condition 13. Provide updated as -built plans to reflect site changes to the stormwater conveyance system as well as existing structures to <br />remain. <br />Permit Condition 11. Former Pacific Pride fueling stations on east side of site are to be locked and covered until such time as the site is brought into <br />compliance <br />as a fueling station. <br />General note E on approved plans: The stormwater system shall be cleaned by the owner and then inspected by the City prior to resuming off -site <br />discharge following the permanent fix. A work order/invoice shall be submitted to the City. Nelson removed oil stop valve prior to City inspection. <br />System would have been required to be cleaned prior to valve opening.
