The site is located at XXXX 74th St in the city of Everett and covers approximately .27
acres. See Figure 1 — Vicinity Map
Land use around the site is primarily single-family residences (SFR). The existing site
currently consists of asphalt and pasture. For this project 3,267 sf of new and replaced
roof impervious surfaces will be added. The existing developable site is rectangular in
shape.
Soil information was obtained from Ryan Kramer, a licensed septic designer. The soils
were found to be dark brown sandy loam with hardpan encountered at a depth of 6-35
inches below grade. The USDA Web Soil Survey shows the soils as being Alderwood-
Urban land complex. Refer to Figure 4 and Appendix A for soil information. The general
site slopes, in the area of disturbance, are moderate and average approximately 11
percent down to the northeast. Based on the existing soil information and the setbacks
of the proposed improvements from any of the property lines or critical areas there is
little potential for erosion or sedimentation during construction assuming the basic BMPs
included in the SWPPP are installed and maintained properly. Refer to Figure 2 for an
existing basin map.
Haack — 74th 22-0807
September 2022 Page 4
