If providing paper copies, clearly label the outside of the sealed envelope containing the original <br />proposal response plus four (4) complete identical copies with the Proposal Name, Proposal Number, and <br />contact information listed above. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City of <br />Everett.
