1 <br />LODGING TAX GRANT AGREEMENT <br />This Lodging Tax Grant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date last <br />signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the <br />“City”), and the Grant Recipient identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Grant Recipient”).
